OBLITÉRATION PD

Petite question sur ce cachet "PD". Lors de l'exposition de Bussang, mon épouse a cru ou vu une erreur dans une collection. "PD" peut dire Port dû ou Port payé jusqu'à destination. Pourtant une personne a affirmé, que ça pouvait aussi dire port déboursé. Comment différencier Port dû, Port à destination et Déboursé? Quelqu'un pourrait-il nous éclairer? Merci d'avance.

Little question about this "PD" stamp. At the exhibition of Bussang, my wife believed or saw an error in a collection. "PD" can say Port due or Port paid up to destination. Yet one person claimed, that it could also mean port disbursed. How to differentiate between Port due, Port destination and disbursed?Could someone enlighten us? Thank you in advance.

Kleine Frage über diesen Stempel " PD ". Während der Ausstellung von Bussang hat meine Gattin geglaubt oder hat einen Irrtum in einer Sammlung gesehen. "PD" kann Porto zu bezahlen oder Porto bis zur Bestimmung heißen. Dennoch hat eine Person behauptet, daß das auch Ausgezahlt heißen kann. Wie unterscheidet man zu bezahlen, bis zur Bestimmung und Ausgezahlt? Könnte jemand uns erhellen? Danke im Voraus.

Cela arrive, lorsque le timbre transitant par Paris n'était pas oblitéré au départ, alors que la lettre allait à l'étranger. Ce n'est pas une oblitération standart. Il y en a d'autres, mais ce sont des usages exceptionnels.

This happens when the stamp, transiting through Paris, was not initiany obliterated, while the letter went abroad. It is not a standart obliteration. There are many others, but they are exceptional uses.

Das passierte, wenn die Marke, die über Paris lief, anfangs nicht gestempelt war, wenn der Brief ins Ausland ging. Es ist keine Standart-Abstempelung. Es gibt viele andere, aber das sind außergewöhnliche gebräuche.
