Lettre de Bruxelles

Lettre philatélique je pense, affranchie de la série de trois timbres émis pour le Salon International du timbre de Belgique et du Congo Belge (SITEB), le 27 avril 1935. Les timbres sont oblitérés "VIEUX BRUXELLES OUD BRUSSEL 1935" en date du 22 septembre 1935. Je n'arrive pas à déchiffrer le mot au-dessus de 1935 et ne sais pas ce qu'il représente.

Philatelic letter I think, postage paid with the series of three stamps issued for the International Stamp Fair of Belgium and Belgian Congo (SITEB), April 27th, 1935. The stamps are cancelled "VIEUX BRUXELLES OUD BRUSSEL 1935" on 22th September 1935. I can’t decipher the word above 1935 and don’t know what it stands for.

Philatelistischer Brief denke ich, frankiert mit der Serie von drei Marken, ausgegeben zum Anlaß der Internationalen Briefmarkenmesse von Belgien und belgisch Kongo (SITEB) am 27. April 1935. Die Marken wurden am 22. September "VIEUX BRUXELLES OUD BRUSSEL 1935" gestempelt. Ich kann da Wort über 1935 nicht entziffern und weiß nicht wofür es steht.
