Lettre d'IJmuiden, ville de Hollande-Septentrionale aux Pays-Bas pour une poissonnerie à Metz. La lettre est censurée. Je n'arrive pas à lire la date d'expédition. Est-ce qu'on arrive sur la base de la censure, à déterminer à peu près la date? Merci d'avance.

Letter of IJmuiden, city of Northern Holland in the Netherlands for a fishmonger's shop in Metz. The letter is censored. I do not manage to read the dispatch date. Do we arrive on the basis of the censorship, to determine more or less the date? Thank you in advance.

Brief von IJmuiden, Stadt Nord Hollands in den Niederlanden für einen Fischgeschäft in Metz. Der Brief ist zensiert. Mir gelingt nicht, den Speditionszeitpunkt zu lesen. Kann man auf Grund der Zensur, das Datum ungefähr bestimmen? Danke im Voraus.

C'est pour ainsi dire comme Jean-Luc l'a signalé, le FA est une censure de Metz de la 1° période dite "censure au cours des hostilités" qui dure du 01 septembre a l'armistice.

Metz est occupé par l'armée allemande dès le 17juin 1940.

Le timbre à date hollandais est du 03 février 1940, ce qui correspond à la date d'utilisation du cachet FA 79 qui est enregistré chez moi du 20.09.39 au 21.02.1940.

Pour la bande de fermeture prédécoupée, là je ne peux rien te signaler car il y a 4 types de cette bande qui se différencient uniquement par la longueur du texte imprimé!

4 cachets FA sont connus:

FA 76 à FA 79,  jusqu'au début de la 2° semaine de septembre 1939. Ces cachets sont apposés en violet, puis en noir.

For the precut strip of closure, there I can nothing indicate you because there are 4 types of this strip who differ only by the length of the printed text!

4 stamps(tablets) FA are known:
FA 76 with FA 79, till the beginning of 2 ° week of September, 1939. These stamps are affixed in purple, then in black.

Es ist, um so zu sagen wie hat Jean-Luc  hingewiesen hat, der FA ist eine Zensur von Metz von der 1 ° Periode " Zensur im Laufe der Feindlichkeiten " die vom 01. September dauert, bis zum Waffenstillstand dauert.
Metz ist von der deutschen Armee seit dem 17juin 1940 besetzt.
Der holländische Stempel ist vom 03. Februar 1940, was dem Benutzungszeitpunkt des Stempels FA 79 entspricht, der vom 20.09.39 bis 21.02.1940 registriert ist.
Für den vorgeschnittenen Verschlußstreifen kann ich nichts auf nichts hinweisen, weil es 4 Typen dieses Streifens gibt, die sich nur von der Länge des gedruckten Textes unterscheiden!

4 FA  Stempel sind bekannt:
FA 76 FA 79, bis Anfang von 2. Woche von September 1939. Diese Stempel wurden im Violett, dann im Schwarz abgeschlagen.
